Refund/Cancellation Policy
We Small Claims- referred to as WSC is an attorney service, providing legal services to Lawyers, Law Firms, Businesses & individuals. WSC and any representative of WSC does not “give advice” in legal matters. WSC and any representative of WSC, does not provide legal counsel nor “represent” you in court.
WSC does not appear in court on your behalf nor does WSC take credit or fault in the court’s decision of your case. In the event your case is settled, dismissed or decided against you, WSC does not offer cancellation or refund. WSC will execute service based on instructions provided by you, Client. If information (addresses) provided is not accurate or not serviceable, WSC does not offer refund. WSC is not responsible for inaccurate information or bad addresses.
All sales are final. Due to the Government Fiscal Crisis for Small Claims Cases, allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for court filing. If there is any type of civil dispute all parties agree the proper venue is San Diego County. Civil cases timeline is determined by the court. Services contracted may be conducted via telephone or internet and client(s) acknowledges that all sales are final and there are no cancellations, there are no refunds, once services are contracted.
